"Portal Iraq," Baghdad - parliamentary source, Monday, the Iraqi Council of Representatives to hold its eleventh chapter of the second legislative year of the second 15 days to a lack of quorum.
The source said, "The House of Representatives Speaker Osama Najafi decided, this morning, lifting the eleventh session of parliament from the second quarter of the second legislative year until the third of January next."
