Parliament adjourned for half an hour to lack of quorum

A parliamentary source said on Thursday that the Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided to postpone the parliamentary session, the 25-second legislative year of half an hour to lack of quorum.
The source said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", that "the Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided to postpone the parliamentary session of 25 of the second legislative year to be held on Thursday, half an hour to lack of quorum."
The source, who requested anonymity, that "the agenda for the meeting includes a complete discussion of the government program with the Minister of Planning Ali Shukri, trade Khairallah Hassan Babiker, Migration and Displacement Dindar Longman Shafiq Dosky, and the first reading of a bill the second amendment to the law and the Ministry of Water Resources No. 50 of 2008 , and the first reading of the proposed law the First Amendment to the Law No. 20 of 2009.
And raising the Iraqi Council of Representatives, on Wednesday, its 24-year legislative second day Thursday, after hosting the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy, Hussein al-Shahristani, to discuss contracts phantom signed by the Ministry of Electricity with the two German and Canadian presence of the Minister of Electricity Raad waterfall, and complete the discussion of the government program with the Minister Agriculture Azzedine the state, as has been postponed to discuss the program with the ministers of water resources, Muhannad al-Sa'di, health Majeed Mohammed Amin, the environment Sargon Salioa, and postpone the first reading of a proposed oil and gas law until after the Eid al-Fitr after the withdrawal of the National Alliance, for complaining about the first reading of a proposed oil and gas law in Parliament directly, without submission to the relevant ministries.
