For lack of a quorum .. Parliament postpones held its half-hour

Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided, Thursday, to postpone the parliamentary session held half an hour, while the reason for this is attributed to lack of quorum for the contract is complete.
A parliamentary source said that "the Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, decided to postpone the ordinary parliament session the 42 half-hour."
The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The reason to postpone the hearing due to lack of quorum for the contract is completed."
