The government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh announced that the Council of Ministers approved the draft law of the Federal budget for 2012 of $ (117) trillion dinars, an increase of 22% from last year.
Dabbagh said in a statement received / agency Baghdadiya News / copy of which was that the total federal income amounted to (102) trillion dinars were the result of calculation of revenues from export of crude oil at the rate (85) dollars per barrel and export capacity of up to (2.6) million barrels per day, including the quantity produced and exported from the territory of Kurdistan and the amount of (175) thousand barrels per day, where will the oil revenues that the Development Fund for Iraq after the deduction of (5)% of compensation for Kuwait war has reached the investment budget (37) trillion dinars, and the operating budget (80) trillion dinars distributed to the institutions, ministries and state bodies which will be distributed to all public expenditure according to the ratio of the population after excluding the allocation status of the Federal Ministry and the sovereign expenditure.
