Washington is talking about international action against the Syrian regime in the absence of commitment to the Arab initiative

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -
, Alluded to the administration of President Barack Obama on Wednesday to take international action, did not specify, in the absence of commitment to the regime of President Bashar al-Assad to the implementation of the Arab initiative in full, particularly with regard to the cessation of violence and the withdrawal of troops from the cities and towns and to allow access by observers and the media without restrictions.
The White House said in a statement that "the only way to achieve the change that people deserve to give up the Syrian Bashar al-Assad from power."
He added that what the Assad regime has no credibility when these words followed by dramatic acts of outrage and calls for sorrow, in reference to the continuing acts of repression against demonstrators, which has killed nearly 250 people in the past two days.
The statement continued, saying that "only two days after the decision of the Assad regime the signing of the Arab initiative, the system is clearly broke his commitment to ending the violence and withdraw security forces from residential areas."
She stressed that the U.S. presidency, "the United States is deeply concerned about reports of continuing the Assad regime to kill dozens of civilians and dissidents from the army without discrimination to do with the destruction of homes, shops and arrest of protesters from unlawful."
The White House said that "while the Syrian security forces have suffered other losses are the vast majority of victims of violence in Syria fell by the practices of the Assad regime", calling on "all parties to put an end to the violence."
He stressed that "the Assad regime has shown once again that he does not deserve to rule Syria," asserting that "the time has come to stop this suffering and killings, and that is activated all the terms of agreement of the Arab League immediately and completely, including the complete withdrawal of security forces from the cities and towns and the release of all political prisoners and allow the observers and the international media access to other parts of Syria. "
And before the White House says "It is time for the Syrian people to enjoy the universal rights that they deserve," asserting that the Assad regime already facing increasing isolation and sanctions "strangle its resources."
And called for the U.S. presidency, "supporters of the few remaining of Syria in the international community that they warned Damascus that if not implemented the Arab League initiative to fully again, the international community will take further steps to pressure the Assad regime to stop its repressive practices", in reference to Russia and China, which opposed a resolution of the UN Security Council condemns the acts of repression in Syria.
The White House stressed that "Bashar al-Assad should not have had any doubt that the world is watching what is happening, and that the international community does not accept the legitimacy of the Syrian people."
The United Nations says that more than five thousand people have been killed in Syria by the crackdown by the authorities against protesters demanding the ouster of Assad, who ruled the country for 11 years, succeeding his father Hafez al-Assad, who ruled Syria for 30 years.
