Washington put an initiative to resolve the Syrian crisis with Russia, Saudi Arabia and Turkey

Kerry said at a meeting with his Iranian counterpart, Mohammad Javad Zarif, on the sidelines of meetings of the General Assembly of the United Nations: "We need to achieve peace and a way forward in Syria and Yemen .. I think that there are opportunities this week through these discussions to achieve some progress."
Western sources have revealed that Kerry wants to put forward a new initiative in the United Nations General Assembly in an attempt to reach a political solution to the Syrian conflict, which has become more urgent in the recent period and resulted in a refugee crisis affected the European Union.
Western officials said that the American initiative, which is still in its infancy can combine Russia with countries like Saudi Arabia and Turkey, which Tqoman a pivotal role in the evolution of the events, on the ground.
