Maliki called the project: housing for every citizen and at cost price

Nuri al-Sadiq al-Maliki Iraqi Prime Minister on the five-year housing plan, titled (a home for every citizen) and the reporter said (time) in Baghdad that the first phase costing two billion dollars and include construction of 12 large residential complex.
The Housing Ministry said it was preparing the Iraqi high-quality designs for the completion of new housing projects. Will be distributed in a number of provinces including Baghdad, Mosul and Basra, Anbar and others. It does not have any information about foreign investments in the projects. However, government sources said the new housing will be available to all citizens who have no housing at cost price and that will be sensitive to the incomes of employees in particular.
She added that the project includes retail with fire 20% of the value of housing. The government did not announce a specific date to start the project but promised that he would be the beginning of the new year.
