Guetran Economic Commission parliamentary increase in loans granted to small and medium enterprises, which was $ (20) million dinars for their support and contribution in the process of economic development of the country. A member of the Economic Commission Rep. Nora Salem: The Economic parliamentary submitted a proposal to the House of Representatives to increase the funds granted in the project loan small and medium enterprises, which amount to (20) million to support small and medium enterprises and their contribution to economic development and provide greater employment opportunities than slice citizens the unemployed. The Salem: to support small and medium alone are not sufficient to achieve economic development in the country, but the investment is the one who will ensure the development process and these projects will contribute to the process by easing the economic burden, especially when the poor segments of society and will provide jobs for the unemployed. and indicated that the process of economic development in Iraq need to be large projects and economic feasibility to be achieved through the development of future visions, which extends for several years, and are made by major investment projects in the country Kalsnaaah, agricultural and tourist. indicated that these projects are not projects that solve the economic problems but would ease if something as simple ones.
