1. Approval of the draft anti-terrorism law, the auditor by the State Council and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution.
2. The allocation of the amount of five billion dinars to cover the additional expenses (transportation and services) on the occasion of the forties to the province of Karbala.
3. Formation of a committee headed by Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Hussein al-Shahristani, and the membership of the Minister of Planning and Chairman of the board of advisers and the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers and the legal adviser d. Fadhil Mohammed Jawad to review the draft law on the board of advisers in the light of the observations before the meeting.
4. Adoption of the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and included open a consulate to the United Arab Emirates in the province of Erbil, according to Article (26) of the Foreign Service Act No. (45) for the year 2008, that the reserves of the Republic of Iraq the right to open a consulate general in the United Arab Emirates in the future according to the principle of of reciprocity.
5. Amendment to the Council of Ministers No. (304) for the year 2011, as follows: the Ministry of Trade to send a ship to the Republic of Somalia, loaded with 22,500 tons of wheat, coarse, in order to help the Somali people and are listed above in donor contributions for the year 2012.
6. To approve the signing of contracts in the year 2012 for projects that had been allocated legally in 2011 and ratified by the Ministry of Planning.
7. Referred the allocation of a pension to the family of the martyr (Osman Ali Abdel-Hafiz al-Obeidi) to the Central Committee to compensate affected the problem under the law on compensation for victims of terrorist attacks No. (20) for the year 2009 to the fact that martyrdom was a consequence of the terrorist act for the purpose of inclusion in the salary to be added to the privileges granted in the the aforementioned Act, and submit a proposal to the House to give his family a pension of one million dinars per month in recognition of the position of the national martyr.
