Article 140 of the Commission distributed the amounts of compensation to the provinces of the Middle Euphrates
Distributed to the Constitutional Committee of Article 140 the amount of compensation covered by the provinces of the Middle Euphrates in a ceremony hosted by the Commission in cooperation with the Governorate of Karbala.
Said Salim al-Bayati, an official Office of Babylon to the implementation of Article (140) that: "The distribution of 491 instrument worth ten million dinars, the controls covered by the Commission, within five years of the meal included in the provinces of Babil, Najaf, Karbala, Diwaniya and Qadisiyah."
He noted that there are instructions such as the Higher Committee to follow up on matters of compensation and obtaining books for the provinces in all parts of Iraq under resolution No. (7) which provides for the allocation of plots of land to them.
And the Al-Bayati: "The categories covered are displaced evacuees are forced or a result of exposure to the pressures of day the previous regime for the period from July 17, 1968 until 9/4/2003, such that the return of the beneficiary after the fall of the regime."
