Erbil, December 24 (PNA) - distributed to Article 140 of the Constitutional Commission in Maysan instruments compensation amounts of $ 1300 on the instrument are covered by them and by 10 million dinars for each covered within the center and the districts and the areas of the province.

"
He added that "the number of covered reached more than 64 000 are being treated with checking other transactions to the categories covered with alleviating the suffering of citizens covered by this decision."
