Talabani congratulates Iraqis on the occasion of New Year's Day

Erbil Jan. 1 (PNA) - The President of the Federal Republic of Iraq Jalal Talabani, a congratulatory message to the Iraqi people on the occasion of the new year.
Talabani said in his letter that he make with views of the new year my warmest congratulations to all Iraqis, and ask Allah to make this year's general welfare and progress and peace.
Talabani said in his letter to the political and diplomatic effort crowned with successes in 2011 and allowed a clear break a lot of the barriers that hinder Iraq's vital role in international and regional contexts.
President Talabani stressed that the recent emergence of problems in security and in the part of understanding between the fundamental forces of Parliament imposes on everyone upgrading to the level of national responsibility, which he said was the most important responsibility facing everyone at the start of the new year.
