the face of Iraqi President Jalal Talabani to congratulate the people and all Muslims on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan .. Which reads as follows:
with views of the holy month, Ramadan, our warm congratulations and blessings to our people and other Muslims in the world, praying to God Almighty to bless the Muslims and all humanity with goodness and blessing, and confer on their lives by the grace of love, prosperity and peace.
In this holy month, we ask Him to bless our people with more national cohesion, and as devoted to harmony and brotherhood .. And strengthens our steps to the State of right, justice and freedoms .. To save Iraq the cradle of prophets and messages home and resting place of the pure Imams and the saints ..
and protects his people and the Holy Aazza.
