And expresses its Secretary General of the peoples of the culture of democracy Said Yassin Moussa expressed hope that Iraq can legislation package special laws to the oil sector, such as the oil, and management of mineral and oil fields, and the establishment of companies form the national within the legal framework, noting that this strengthens Iraq's largest , and sends a message to the world that there was a politician in Iraq's oil, and now there is a policy and investing the oil money in oil revenue in the field of human development in Iraq.
And emphasizes the noble virgins of Iraq's development, the need for selection of civil society organizations on the basis of justice to join the initiative, saying at the same time making Iraq the principle of transparency in the oil sector and the important step of adding Radio Free Iraq:
"We must be civil society represented in the internal structures of the initiative identified in Iraq's three civic organizations and three trade unions, and it could be enough if there was a real mechanism for the selection of those organizations fairly and in accordance with the principles of justice and not on patronage, and that there is a requirement, civil society organizations to engage in dialogue with alliances that represented and that there is the allocation of financial vie for civil society and the press, media and others to raise awareness of the idea and published and open debate at the university level and at the expert level, and the street and the political forces in order to be a general view and the role of civil society that summarizes what is going on in the street and offer to the government and say to him What is health and what is wrong.
