ARBIL / Aswat al-Iraq : Iraqi Kurdish President Masoud Barzani told today Deptuty Turkish Foreign Minister that " experiences proved that military action is not a solution to problems", according to a presidential statement.

Uglo with his accompanying delegation and stressed necessity of joint action to develop relations between the two sides and solve pending questions on bases of understanding, dialogue, and peace in the region.
The Turkish envoy confirmed the desire of the Turkish government to support cooperation in developing relations between the two sides.
The statement added that both side had identical views in solving issues with peaceful means and abidance by the constitution and real partnership in administering the country.
