Arab delegation to visit Baghdad in preparation for the summit

BAGHDAD - A follow-up morning
Secretary General of the Arab League, Nabil el-Arabi that Arab delegation will visit Baghdad at the end of this month in preparation for the summit. He said the Arab from Muscat will be holding the annual Arab summit this year in Baghdad next March as scheduled.
The Secretary-General stressed that the summit will be held on time and that the study of the preparations for the summit is underway. And proceeded to the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States for a working visit to the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Bahrain on a tour aimed to consult with the heads of the kings of the Arab countries with the approach of the coming Arab summit and listen to their views on the great changes that have occurred in the Arab world, as well as to review the Arab situation of the current and future prospects of the process peace in the Middle East.
The Arab summit in 2011, which was scheduled to be held in Baghdad were canceled because of the Arab spring witnessed in several Arab countries, which toppled Zine El Abidine Ben Ali in Tunisia and Hosni Mubarak of Egypt and Muammar Gaddafi in Libya and forced the Yemeni President to sign to step down.
