Mahmoud Othman: The committee formed to create the National Congress will meet Sunday to determine the venue

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Kurdistan Alliance MP Mahmoud Othman, a Thursday, the alliance does not support the inclusion of the issue of Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi in the national conference, adding that the committee formed to create the conference will meet next Sunday to discuss a venue.
He said Osman told (Voices of Iraq) that "the Kurdistan Alliance does not support the inclusion of the issue of Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi in the national conference to be held later this month, because it is a controversial issue and a lawsuit must be left to spend in order to deal with it."
He added: "So far there is no agreement on the venue of the National Congress, the Committee to create the problem, the conference will meet on Sunday to discuss the issue of determining the venue of the conference, so we hope to agree on a suitable place that satisfies all parties."
The country has a major political crisis, against the background of the charges against the Deputy President of the Republic and the leading figure in the coalition in Iraq Tariq al-Hashimi of committing terrorist acts, and the decision issued by the judiciary for his arrest for investigation of the charges against him, along with the decision of the Prime Minister to withdraw confidence from his deputy, Saleh al-Mutlaq, leader also in the Iraqi List, with continued implications of the decision both houses of the provinces of Salahuddin and Diyala convert the two provinces into two independent, which led the whole for a boycott of the Iraqi coalition of the meetings of both houses of parliament and ministers, at a time when many areas of the capital Baghdad and a number of provinces during the weeks, the last three explosions using car bombs and improvised explosive devices, which left hundreds dead and wounded, mostly civilians.
And added that the political tension and security to the complex problems before, including a lack of resolve file security ministries after about a year to form a government because of disagreements between the coalition of state law and the Iraqi candidates and the Ministry of Defence, which is the share of Iraq, as well as the lack of resolution of the Council for the national policy, which demands Iraqi composition according to the Convention on Arbil to ensure their involvement in the resolution and management of the country, but state law confirms that the formation of the Council in accordance with the powers claimed by the Iraqi violation of the Constitution, there are also differences between the Kurds and the rest of coalitions on the oil and gas law and the application of Article 140 of the Constitution, which affect the whole the situation in the country.
