He said that disabled the third is that the draft law imposes on the parties adopt the principles of democracy to elect their leaders and this conflicts with the policies of some parties that adheres to historic leaders can not change them, pointing out that the draft law and despite all the obstacles encountered is one of the important laws and should speed up the legislation.

He added that the draft law contains many of the conditions which he described as »illogical» to be provided in any entity seeking to form a political party, including the composition of the constituent number of 2000 people representing six provinces as well as imposed by the draft of the sanctions harsh against parties that violate the law. He called on conference participants to the need for substantial amendments in the draft law that will ensure the enactment of an integrated, discreet and free of gaps that may require amendment of the law at a later stage.
