She said an MP for the Kurdistan Alliance, told Aswat al-Iraq that "the interest on loans, housing Kalmsrv real estate has been canceled, along with abolition of agricultural loans and industrial loans, there are also attempts made by some MPs for the abolition of interest on the loan percent salary for staff, which can not be decided by now, because the state will carry a significant financial burden. "
Najib pointed out that "there is a work in progress on the issue of loans percent salary, we have succeeded where the government agreed to shoulder this financial burden, staff will benefit well from this."
And confirmed the answer that "the reason for the delay in approving the budget for this year, was the late arrival of the government to Parliament, where we received was officially launched on 12/12/2011 and must take the balance of normal through the study and take the proposals MPs, and I think we walked normally and we as members of the Finance Committee and all the lists we have intensified our efforts to complete the final phase of the inclusion of proposals and views so that the budget be approved by the Council of Representatives.
