Cabinet forward the draft to develop the West Qurna field, about one billion dollars on a Korean company

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The Council of Ministers today, Tuesday, tender to develop the West Qurna field to the central processing station (CPF) to a South Korean companies at $ (998) million in addition to the adoption of a number of resolutions and recommendations of an economic and financial.
A statement by the Iraqi government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said the cabinet decided to "agree to refer the tender to develop the West Qurna field station CPU (CPF) and accessories custody of a South Korean companies at $ (998) million and the period as the Council decided to authorize the Minister of Foreign Affairs to negotiate with the Union on the draft European partnership agreement between the EU and Iraq.
And agreed to withdraw the draft law for the release of funds in the former regime officials and ask the committee formed under the chairmanship of the Minister of Finance on the subject to reconsider the legislation in line with the principles of law and justice with the addition of a representative of the accountability and justice to the above.
The Board decided to recommend to the Council of Representatives to cancel the decisions of the Revolutionary Command Council dissolved (369 of 1975 and 824 for the year 1976 and 949 for 1977 and 1065 for the year 1978 and 189 for the year 1979 and 31 of 1975 and 398 of 1975 and 181 for the year 1976 and 974 for the year 1978 with the mandate of the Council of State to prepare new legislation, including the abolition decisions of the Revolutionary Command Council above and address the implications of cancellation according to the principles contained in the recommendations of the Committee on the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution and deliberation with all concerned parties including the Commission on the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution and the representatives of the ministries concerned Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, defense, oil and finance, trade and municipalities and the state of affairs provinces and a representative of the Property Claims Commission and other parties related to those decisions.
And decided to cancel all resolutions issued by the Committee of affairs in the north dissolved issued in the province of Kirkuk on extinguishing rights Altsrfah on agricultural land to non-Arabs and the elimination of all agricultural contracts concluded with citizens who are not of Arab nationalism, with the adoption of the recommendation of the Committee on the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution on compensation for citizens canceled their contracts, agricultural and compensation for the costs of construction and Amorosat and innovations built on agricultural contracts canceled and compensate them with a piece of residential land close to the place of residence in their home provinces.
Also decided to continue to pay the salaries of police martyrs of the budget of the Ministry of the Interior and until the date of 31/12/2012.
