Presidential statement: Allawi, Talabani told the phone apologized for attending a meeting of political leaders tomorrow because of his health conditions

Announced a presidential statement said that President Jalal Talabani received a phone call from the existing Iraqi President Iyad Allawi, apologizing to attend the upcoming meeting of political leaders to be held tomorrow, "because of medical conditions outside his control."
The statement issued this afternoon that Allawi thanked the dial-up, President Talabani to the invitation received by him to attend the extended meeting of political leaders in the country to be held tomorrow.
He said Allawi's call that he is in London, apologizing for not attending the upcoming meeting because of medical conditions out of his will, blessed the steps undertaken by President Talabani to raise the political parties at this time to overcome the difficulties and address the political crisis experienced by the country, according to statement.
He told, President Jalal Talabani that he would send one of his associates to represent him at a meeting of political leaders.
For his part, Talabani expressed his best wishes go out to his dear friend and deep gratitude to him for his support and his support for the big step meeting political leaders, President Talabani made by striving to make it successful, to overcome differences and strengthen the unity of the Iraqi National Congress, according to the statement
