Diyala: 2012 budget projects a shameful

Diyala governor Abdel Nasser Mehdawi financial allocations for conservation projects within the 2012 development of the regions Balmkhgelh not rise to the level of ambition.
He said to the reporter of the National Agency for the Iraqi news, «that the size of the regional development budget for the current year of 119 billion dinars is not sufficient for the implementation of small-scale service projects, and will be complementary to the projects in 2011«.
James Baldwin said «that more than 70% of infrastructure destroyed during the years of violence, and Diyala province now need more than five trillion dinars to restore infrastructure».
And demanded the central government launched the funds retained for the years previous, amounting to 469 billion dinars to the advancement of all service sectors, in addition to the extraordinary budget allocation for the province like other provinces.
