BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The UNESCO and the UNICEF announced organizing four workshops in educational planning fields to support the qualitative education in all levels, in coordination with the Iraqi government.
The aim is to tran 140 specialists in fields of statistics and planning in both education and higher education ministries.
UNESCO said, in a statement, copy received by Aswat al-Iraq, that the workshops shall be held in Arbil, Kurdistan, during the third week of January 2012 and will last till the second week of February next.
The organization pointed out that this is the first step to develop the policies and strategies of education in Iraq.
It shall be complemented by arranging an electronic evaluation system in order to discover the loopholes and get the right indications for such training.
