Iraqiya List headed by Iyad Allawi decided, on Sunday, to resume its participation in parliamentary sessions. The list postponed its ministers’ return to cabinet sessions demanding to end armed provocations against citizens as well as Iraqiya’s members, ministers and officials, a source told Alsumarianews.
“Iraqiya List decided, in its meeting, to resume its participation in parliamentary sessions in preparation for the national conference convoked by Iraqi President Jalal Talabani,” spokesman for Iraqiya List Maysoon Al Damaluji stated in a press conference held on the sidelines of Iraqiya’s meeting on Sunday. “Iraqiya also resolved to allow its members to consider, on a later stage, the return of its ministers to cabinet sessions,” she added.
