Baghdad (AIN) –The President, Jalal Talabani, and the head of the Iraqiya Slate assured "The necessity of ending the disputes with brotherly cooperation through the adherence to the national partnership and the constitution.
A Presidential statement received by All Iraq News Agency (AIN) cited "Talabani received Allawi in Baghdad on Wednesday evening."
"At the beginning of the meeting, Allawi expressed his happiness for Talabani's return to the homeland and congratulated him for the success of the Surgery," the statement added.
"They also discussed the political updates and the means of settling the pending issue a comprehensive settlement," the statement concluded.
The political process witnesses complicated disputes that coincided with the US troops' withdrawal especially between the Iraqiya Slate and the State of Law Coalition when the IS decided to suspend attendance of its MPs to parliament sessions to protest "marginalization and monopolization policies" adopted by the Iraqi government./End/
