Tayfur confirms that the Constitution of the Kurdistan legal right guaranteed by the Iraqi Constitution

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates Deputy Speaker Arif Tayfur, that the Constitution of the Kurdistan region is a legal right guaranteed by the Iraqi Constitution in the Article 120.
Tayfur said in a statement received by the agency {Euphrates} News on Monday, a copy of "Constitution of the Kurdistan region of Iraq is a legal right guaranteed by the Iraqi Constitution in Article 120 to determine the structure of the authorities in the regions and mechanisms for the exercise of authority within a decentralized federal system."
He Tayfur that "the Kurds have fought and defended for many years for democracy and freedom of the Iraqi people and willingly decided after 2003 to become an important part of this country and took part in the political process and are now keen on the unity of Iraq."
And Deputy Chairman of the Board of Representatives to "the existence of points of chauvinism is working against the interests of the state and opposed to the Constitution of the Kurdistan region, trying to create problems and thus destabilization of the situation, and they accuse the Kurds secede Unfortunately, they themselves are planning to divide Iraq."
