Foreign Affairs: the whole world will discuss Arab developments and the priority of the Arab summit Baghdad

Called on the Iraqi Foreign Ministry Arab countries to give priority to the Baghdad summit to be held on 29 March 2012, stressing that at the time that guides the whole world his attention to the region, should the Arabs of the meeting and discuss their issues to find solutions for themselves, while confirming that Iraq has received promises of the presence of representation high-level states that their leaders will not attend in person.
U.S. Undersecretary of Foreign Ministry, however, Abawi said in an interview for the space "Cuts", that "any delay in holding the Arab summit is a delay can search the Arabs their own affairs and put solutions," noting that "the whole world will discuss Arab developments, and the priority is for the Arabs to meet and discuss and they study their situation and ask their thoughts for the future on how to deal with these developments. Abawi stressed the need to hold a summit in Baghdad on schedule (29 March 2012), explaining that "Iraq and all Arab countries feel the importance of holding the summit in this particular time the ensuing developments in the region."
Abawi considered that "the postponement of the summit was not a full year of his whereabouts, but it was decided that given the circumstances that were taking place in Egypt."
And postponed the Arab League, the fifth of May 2011, the Arab summit which was scheduled to be held in March 2011 in Baghdad to March 2012, at the request of Iraq after the consensus Arab member states because it called "reality" new and inappropriate "to the summit and out of the box stubbornness .
The Foreign Secretary that "the delegations from the Iraqi government soon will visit all Arab countries to extend invitations to attend the informal summit of Baghdad," he said, adding that "all countries confirmed participation at the highest levels through the contacts and meetings that took place."
However, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: "There may be some exception to the State for reasons of their own, but Iraq has received promises that if did not attend the Heads of State, will be attended by representatives of a very high level."
The Abbawi that "Iraq aspires to be involved at the level of heads of state and kings," noting that "the government has created all requirements to host the summit at the highest levels, has provided places of reception of delegations and provided the security aspects, and there is no reason not to attend the Arab leaders."
It was announced, Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, the first of February 2012, that the next Arab summit will be held in Baghdad in the 29 of March next, stressing that the government is serious about providing security for the leaders and co-chairs at the top, as Deputy Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Ben Helli, that Iraq is capable of success of the Arab summit, and that he is entering a phase during which he will head the Arab action.
Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki denied, two days before the scheduled summit, is made in a number of media on the objection of some Arab states to be held in Baghdad and the presence of direct Gulf to request a postponement until the completion of the file the Syrian crisis, stressing that all the Arab countries expressed willingness to attend the summit and the highest levels.
