Baghdad (news) .. discussed Mr. Ammar Hakim, head of the Islamic Supreme Council, his office in Baghdad, Wednesday evening, with the insured Kuwaiti Ambassador in Iraq, ways to overcome obstacles to the outstanding issues between the two countries.
