Barzani calls to take legal action to perform his deputy sworn in

Erbil, February 16 (Rn) - The vice-president of the Legal Committee of the Parliament of Kurdistan, on Thursday, on the arrival of an official letter from the Presidency of the Kurdistan region to the parliament, on taking legal action to perform "Rasool Ali" was sworn in as vice president of the region.
Said Awni Bazaz, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the Parliament of Kurdistan had received a formal letter from the Presidency of the Kurdistan region number (114) and signed by the Kurdish regional president Massoud Barzani."
He added that "the president of the region known Rasool Ali, in the resolution, as his deputy, and asked to take legal action in order to perform sworn by the person mentioned as Vice President of Kurdistan."
And on whether the identification of any date after the arrival of the book the presidential, to lead his deputy sworn in, he explained XXX that he "did not specify any date, because the Parliament of Kurdistan in an official holiday, and can not hold any meeting is not over the holiday, except in one case, namely, an extraordinary session. "
It is noteworthy that the position of Vice President of Kurdistan Region has been vacant from the presidential and parliamentary elections that took place in the region in 2009 because of disagreements on the name of the candidate.
The political bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, has been nominated at a meeting held in January 23 last, the Deputy Secretary General of the Federation Rasool Ali to take over as Vice President of Kurdistan.
