Third Criminal Court sets May date for the next trial in absentia Hashemi and his brother in law
Criminal Court has set the third of May, the next date for the trial of Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi and his brother in law.
A source in the Criminal Court told the News} {Euphrates, "The Criminal Court has identified the third of May, the date for trial in absentia Hashemi and his brother in law on the crimes he confessed to protect them."
A source at the Supreme Judicial Council said that "the investigative panel in charge of the issue of Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi Hashemi referred Ahmed and his brother Qahtan to criminal prosecution for trial in absentia for three crimes investigation was completed."
The investigative panel charged with the issue of Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi yesterday referred the three crimes in which the investigation was completed to the Criminal Court for trial in absentia. / / 5
