BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: The 2012 general budget is 'crippled' but will be passed during the evening session, according to an independent lawmaker.
"The 2012 general budget is crippled and has a lot of vagueness and I will not vote for it, despite some articles that serve citizens," Kadhem al-Sayadi told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
"There is a lot of pressure on heads of the parliamentary blocs to pass the bill, despite several objections by lawmakers," he added.
