"
"It's a good occasion to coincide with the anniversary of the emancipation of Kuwait from the yoke and the injustice done as a result of heinous crimes committed by the totalitarian regime of Saddam defunct right of our peoples, to assure you of where our firm to develop relations of brotherhood and cooperation in all fields to serve the common interests of our countries," ended
