Mutlag: the evil powers still try to hurt the people’s unity

Baghdad (NINA) – Deputy Prime Minister, Salih Al Mutlag, said “the evil and terrorism powers were and are trying to hurt the Iraqi people’s unity and implement external agendas aiming at dividing Iraqis and spread the violence and murder culture.”
He added during his visit, yesterday, to the funerals of the victims of the last Thursday bombings in Balad District, Salahuddine Province, “those failing attempts are always stopped by the concrete wall of the national awareness of the Iraqi people and the forgiving and brotherly spirit that Iraqis enjoy all over the country,” according to a statement issued by Mutlag’s media office today.
The statement pointed out that Mutlag, during his visit to Balad, visited also the Imam Mohammed Shrine in the city and got acquainted with the service projects, demanding to exert more efforts to serve the citizens. /End/
