Othman: the Gulf States in control of the situation and the postponement of the Arab Summit in her hand

The independent Iraqi news agency / Baghdad / follow-up ... The leader of the Kurdistan Alliance, Mahmoud Othman said there is a possibility to postpone the Arab Summit to be held at the end of next March.
Osman said in a press statement moved the reporter (and independent Iraqi news agency) that Survival time or postpone the summit depends on the Gulf States because it is in control of the Arab situation but it is assumed before the summit should all agree on all matters to be put up and solve the outstanding problems in order to be a successful conference
