Iraq: to start the procedures for the project license fourth mobile phone

Baghdad, March 7 / March (Rn) - The Commission services representative said on Wednesday it had agreed with the Ministry of Communications and the Communications and Media Commission to begin the execution of the fourth license during the next three months, saying it decided to address the constraints of legal and legislative standing in front of the project.
A member of the Committee Ihsan Al-Awadi told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the meeting took place today between the Ministry of Communications and the Telecommunications Authority and the Commission services, parliamentary, and came out definitely need to start procedures for the implementation of the project license fourth mobile phone and runs out through the year."
"The Commission services have decided to provide legal cover and legal framework for this project and submit it to the House of Representatives, which provides for non-exploitation trade-off companies or infrastructure."
He pointed out that "the draft fourth license supports Iraq's actions in the development of the telecommunications sector in the country as required in the next phase."
According to the CMC that granting the license fourth mobile phone the Ministry of Communications is not the validity of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to the ministry that goes out of fair competition with mobile phone companies because of the use of the gates of government influence.
