Baghdad {: News} Euphrates Secretary General of the Arab League Arab noble that all Arab countries announced their participation in the summit of Baghdad, but determining the level of representation will be determined by the nature of each state.
He said at a news conference after a meeting of Arab foreign ministers in Cairo today that "all Arab countries consulted, but each state will determine the level of representation, according to the position."
Iraq had sent five ministers to deliver the invitations to the Arab states to attend the Baghdad summit to be held the end of the current month of March.
Announced the 13 heads of state and the king of their attendance at the Summit to be held in Baghdad and the region is witnessing a number of events that need to be thoroughly discussed.
He pointed out that the Arab-Syrian crisis will be discussed in the Baghdad summit at the highest level.
For his part, Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister Hamad Al-Sabah said Kuwait has reached a kind invitation from Iraq to attend the Arab summit and we are studying the call will be answered during the next week.
And on the visit of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to Kuwait, said the morning we "look forward to Maliki's visit in the coming days and we will discuss all the important things and the visit will lead to further relations between the two."
Maliki will visit Kuwait in 14 of the current month to discuss several outstanding issues. Ended
