Zebari declaring Iraq to reach agreement on the issue with Kuwait Airways

BAGHDAD (Iba) ... Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said Iraq reached an agreement with the State of Kuwait to end the file of Iraqi Airways, with sources revealed that the agreement text to be paid in Iraq, half a billion dollars, half of Kuwait in the form of investments in Iraq.
It quoted Iraqi satellite semi-official Zebari, who is accompanying Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and his visit to Kuwait, saying we came up with the Kuwaiti side to end the file of Iraqi Airways, without clarifying further details of the mechanism and how to debt settlement.
Zebari said that Iraq has made significant progress with respect to the withdrawal of Iraq from Chapter VII, reaching its settlement with Kuwait on the border pillars and financial obligations. (End)
