Alwani calls on the government to make use of the Summit’s successes in releasing innocent detainees

Baghdad (NINA) – Law maker from Iraqiya slate, Khalid al-Alwani, called on the government to make use of the success achieved in the Arab Summit, held in Baghdad, and release innocent detainees.
In a statement on Thursday, Mar. 29, to NINA, Alwani said, “What has been reached in the Summit has to motivate the government to achieve national partnership between all components of the Iraqi people and lift the country from what it is suffering from.
Alwani expressed hope that progress and unity prevail over the country and make the success realized by the Summit domestic as well as external ones in which all the people participate. / end
