Talabani: Baghdad summit proof of the collapse of the walls of isolation imposed on Iraq
Said President Jalal Talabani that the Arab summit in Baghdad, evidence of the collapse of the walls of isolation imposed on Iraq, while Prime Minister thanked the Nuri al-Maliki for his successful summit, stressing that it will be a factor to achieve greater stability and national unity.
Talabani said in a letter yesterday to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, said the success of the summit is a success for Iraq's people and government, currently and in the future, and what it is to be achieved without the blessed efforts made by the Iraqi government and the dedication of leaders and employees of the armed forces and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other ministries and stakeholders.
He pointed out that the summit proof of the credibility and success of the efforts made by the Iraqi national forces to build a state and its institutions to achieve common national harmony, stability and openness to the Arab and regional surroundings.
Talabani expressed his confidence that the summit will be a help to achieve greater stability and national unity of our country to move towards Rehab development, prosperity and progress.
