The introduction of import licenses, starting from next July

BAGHDAD - A citizen's government decided not to allow goods that do not have licenses to import into the country as of next July. He pointed out that «the ministry is working to address the problem of entry of goods that are not suitable for consumption in order to support local industry and the local private sector in the next phase». The Ministry of the Federal Trade announced on 26 March, launching of the website in the granting of licenses for the import of goods and products to Iraq, 1200 will be issued with a day off instead of 70 hand-off system that existed in the past.
