A member of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives Majida al-Tamimi said the new system will impose high tariffs Kmarkip on certain goods to reduce the entry of the country, and noted that the system excludes commodities that are in the interest of the citizen.

The government has postponed the introduction of customs tariffs several times last year, but Tamimi emphasized the importance of applying the new system in order to protect local product.
