Salman Jumaili and Mr. Rose Shaways at the residence of Mr. Rose Nuri Shaways and reached the following results:
1 - National Council of the Supreme policies:
it was agreed to draft the attached except for the paragraph on the vote on the President of the Council, where he sees the National Alliance, that the vote on the President should be in the Council , and the opinion of the Iraqi Kurdistan is to elect the National Assembly or nominated President of the Republic name of the head of the National Council and approved by the House of Representatives.
2 - Rules of Procedure of the Council of Ministers:
it was agreed to present the draft prepared by the previous cabinet with the views and the amendments that came with it to the Council of Ministers in order to form a committee of ministers allied to approve the final draft within the Council of Ministers and the cost, Mr. Prime Minister and his deputy, Rose Nuri Shaways, Dr. Rafie al-Issawi follow-up this file with the Council of Ministers.
3 - reform of the House of Representatives (legislative):
it was agreed to refer this file to each of the House of Representatives and the Council of Ministers for the implementation of themes agreed in the file, each according to its competence.
4 - Reform Act Executive Branch
forwarded the paper prepared by the Negotiating Committee to the Government to implement the agreed commitments and follow up by the High Commission.
5 - Accountability and Justice:
A - The implementation of some of the terms of the paper, including the lifting of the ban on d. Dr. Saleh al-Mutlaq. Dhafir al-Ani, was also suspended the work of the Authority by the government except the business routine.
