Baghdad, June 21 (Rn) - The Parliamentary Legal Committee Thursday not permissible to hold an extraordinary session in light of the resumption of the House of Representatives to hold regular meetings in accordance with Article 58 of the Iraqi Constitution.
And Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said a request to the House of Representatives calling for an extraordinary session of parliament to discuss the abuses and terms of reference of the authorities and overlap each other.

"The special meeting as provided for in Article 58 of the Iraqi constitution to hold an emergency because of the developments that take place through the disruption of the House of Representatives."
Mustafa explained, "including that the House will resume its sessions next Saturday did not get something it can not be an emergency call for an extraordinary session of the Council of Representatives."
And that "the application has been rejected by the Presidency of the Council of Representatives objected to it, and if the political blocs so they can be put to the vote."
