The delay in the budget and floods crisis need an extraordinary session for the House of Representatives

BAGHDAD / NINA / The MP, of the (united for reform coalition), Nahida al-Daini said that " the delay in the budget and floods crisis require an extraordinary session for the House of Representatives " surprising the delay to announce it so far .
She told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / "We expect a call for a session after the completion of the elections, especially the budget in the presence of thousands of daily contracts citizens that have not received their salaries for more than 5 months in addition to the flood crisis, which is considered a humanitarian disaster if it happen in any state in the world. "
She added, "It seems that the government does not aware the flood crisis, immediate and future , and the House of Representatives should be aware of this crisis and calls for a emergency session to discuss and host involved in this matter."
Daini added, " the political blocs should work to pass the budget during the remaining period, whether by consensus between the central government and the Kurdistan Regional Government , or by a majority , as happened in last year's budget ."
