With Iran, Iraq sign contract to set up my bank to invest

and has signed the Ministry of Communications Memorandum of Understanding with the Iranian counterpart in the areas of telecommunications and postal services and information technology for the purpose of strengthening and developing the technical and economic cooperation between the two sides as well as some of the issues pertaining to mutual cooperation to exchange information, publications and training.
A statement issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs in the Ministry received ( the future of Iraq) a copy of the memo included the creation of all necessary requirements to implement the program of cooperation and to encourage investments between the two countries and provide mutual support in international forums and international associations, where he made the Minister of Communications of Iran's readiness to provide advisory services in project implementation in accordance with the agreements concluded for this purpose and contribute to the development of expertise and transfer of the administration of training courses and collaboration with institutes, colleges and research centers for this sector in both public and private sectors.
The statement added that the Iranian side expressed its readiness to issue ten-digit project code postal in Iraq and equipping Iraq with equipment mailing date, as well as the two sides expressed their readiness to establish a bank my investment and the opening of branches in the capitals of the two countries and large cities where Najaf, Mashhad and Arbil, explained that the memo also included technology cooperation in postal and repair and automation of institutions, postal affairs of stamp collecting with the versions of the stamps of common Alastzkarat and openness to the transfer of postal services sent to other countries at the same time.
