Palms - A source in the Iraqi police, on Tuesday, that the complex prime minister and the home of Deputy Prime Minister Nuri Shaways Rose and the Kuwaiti embassy in the Green Zone in central Baghdad fired three Katyusha rockets.
The source said in an interview: The three Katyusha rockets landed this afternoon, on the Green Zone in central Baghdad, noting that the first missile landed near the compound as prime minister in one hit near the home of Deputy Prime Minister Ruz Nuri Shawis while the missile hit the third on a residential compound near the Kuwaiti embassy.
The source, who requested anonymity, that the siren I heard reverberating inside the Green Zone, as U.S. helicopters flew across the sky to search for the source of the rockets.
The heavily fortified Green Zone was, yesterday, was attacked by three Katyusha rockets, as was last Saturday, the bombing of four Katyusha rockets, without knowing the size of the human and material losses.
