Statistics indicate that small and medium enterprises account for about (90%) of the total enterprises in most economies in the world and contributes about (50%) of global GDP It also provides (40-80%) of the total job opportunities and the potential role to play in development and contribute to the reduction of unemployment, so the interest in this type of projects in some countries has reached the limit in which the formation of ministries to support small and medium enterprises, as happened in France, Malaysia, for example.
