Planning end mechanisms distribution of 25% of the budget surplus

BAGHDAD / Bri Center for the Iraqi Media Network - The Ministry of Planning for complete mechanisms to distribute 25% of the oil surplus to be distributed among the Iraqi people.
He said Planning Minister Ali Shukri (Brief Center for the Iraqi Media Network) that "the Ministry of Planning announced the completion of the mechanisms to distribute 25% of the oil surplus to be distributed among the Iraqi people."
He explained that "the ministry is working to accelerate the implementation of the budget commensurate with the nature of the Iraqi economy in the next stage."
And rejected the Liberal bloc in Parliament last Thursday to vote on the supplementary budget and said it will have a negative impact on oil imports surplus population.
