Najafi, heads a meeting of heads of parliamentary blocs and committees in the Council
The head of the House of Representatives Osama Najafi Sunday meeting of heads of parliamentary blocs and committees of the Council, the presence of Mr. Aref Tayfur Vice President of the Council.
The meeting discussed topics on the agenda, including the government program where the request of the President of the Council of the relevant committees to discuss the government program and provide opinions and proposals about it and make an appointment to discuss the views of the committees on the program during the meetings of the Council's future and the need to prepare a plan by the Committees for the control of the government program.
The meeting also discussed the subject Limbering Ministerial based on what is stated in the book directed to the Council by the Prime Minister, and the blocks varied opinions on the subject of ministerial Limbering, integration and abolition of ministries.
The meeting agreed on the theme of Limbering Ministerial and the integration and abolition of ministries, in principle, subject to maintaining the balances and the emphasis on the law of executive power that define the mechanism of formation of governments in the next phase, as well as Alayaasaly Legal Committee to prepare a resolution on the subject of Limbering Ministerial, as well as to emphasize the roles of the ministry Habronema.
The meeting discussed the subject of withdrawal of confidence from the Electoral Commission for elections, as the varied views of the parliamentary blocs on the process of withdrawal of confidence whether or not the request of the President of the Council of the heads of the blocks to set a date for the meeting a vote of no confidence and put it on the agenda next week.
The President invited the leaders of the blocs to study and resolve the issue of nomination of members of the Appeals for accountability and justice during the week after receiving a letter from the Supreme Judicial Council to nominate a number of judges as members of the Commission discriminatory.
The meeting discussed the subject of the work of committees and their role as Mr. President of the Council that there are committees distinct, efficient and functioning properly on the contrary some of the committees that have not achieved a meeting and one did not read one law or has real control over the ministries concerned, noting that the Presidency will announce lagging the names of the committees to the council and the Iraqi people.
