Alwani said in an interview with the news agency correspondent future on Saturday that "this law is not aimed at people Maliki or his party, or any other component but are democratic mechanisms to be respected by all to be able to provide a good model for our people."
He explained that this law comes from the door to prevent the tendency dictatorship in some people and the blocks and this is natural in every country in the world that works to identify presidencies where, he said, adding that this law came to prevent any prime minister of staying in office more than two constituencies and this is natural law limits the love of power and re-dictatorship to a new country.
The Legal Committee parliamentary voted by majority on Wednesday a bill defining the mandates of the three presidencies two terms is regarded as deputies from the coalition of state law that the project is rejected because it violates the instructions Constitution and the Federal Court refused to 6 Vice out of the total members of the Committee of the 16 to vote on the proposed law.
